Pumpkin Spice season has been in full swing for a month and a half now, but technically fall has only just begun. Still, we all know that the weather doesn’t care about the calendar or your favorite seasonal flavor combo. This time of year the temperature swings wildly, so we’ve rounded up some recipes to get you through this “in-between” season. 

One-Pot Bacon, Tomato, and Gorgonzola Pasta: This Hempler’s original recipe is full of comforting flavors. But the best part? It’s a quick & easy one-pot wonder so you’ll be ready to head out and enjoy all your favorite fall activities as soon as you’re done! 

Sweet Potato Salad with Bacon: This warm salad is heavy enough for a meal on a warm night, or as a side dish to your favorite cozy comfort food. 

Bacon Apple Cheddar Grilled Cheese: Grilled cheese with a fresh twist! I love this creative take on the classic.
