Remember that great ham from your holiday meal? Time to put those leftovers to good use. These crowd-pleasing Holiday Ham Sliders are great for leftover lunch, gamedays, holidays, family gatherings, and filling lunch boxes. These quick and easy little Hawaiian roll sandwiches filled with Hempler’s Ham, cream cheese and leftover cranberry sauce are a true family favorite!
12 Hawaiian rolls or “homemade style” dinner rolls
12 slices leftover Hempler’s Ham
12 pieces of lettuce
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
½ cup cranberry sauce
Party picks or toothpicks for serving
- Warm Hawaiian rolls in a 350F oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in Half.
- Make your sliders! Top the bottom of each slider bun with a lettuce leaf, leftover Hempler’s Ham and a scoop of cranberry sauce. Spread cream cheese over the top of each slider bun and place on top of the sandwich.
- Secure with a party pick or toothpick, then serve and enjoy!
