These party-friendly sandwiches feature sweet Hawaiian rolls that are stuffed with savory Hempler’s ham, melted Swiss cheese, and juicy pineapple. Talk about bringing the flavor and fun!

Ingredients

12 slider buns - we love the Hawaiian rolls
1 lb. Hempler's Black Forest ham, thinly sliced
½ stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon pineapple juice (from canned pineapple)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
20 oz. can pineapple rings, drained and slices cut in half
1 tablespoon poppy seeds or sesame seeds

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Mix butter, brown sugar, pineapple juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard in a bowl.

Slice the entire slab of slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom of the rolls on a baking sheet or in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.

Brush a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the cut rolls. 

Layer the ham, pineapple, and cheese over the buns. Top with the slider buns' top halves. Brush with the remaining melted butter mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melty and the tops are browned.

Serve immediately alongside your favorite sides.
