salt and pepper to taste
8 slices provolone cheese
4 sandwich or sausage rolls, split

Place the sausages on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, until perfectly golden and heated. Remove from the grill, cool slightly, and slice on a bias.
Open the sandwich rolls and place 2 slices of provolone on each roll. Place the rolls on the warm grill, cover, and cook until the cheese has melted about 1 minute.
