Ingredients
8 slices Hempler’s Sugar Free Bacon
4 slices bread (sourdough, white, or whole wheat)
1 large ripe tomato, sliced
4–6 leaves crisp lettuce (romaine, green leaf, or iceberg)
Mayonnaise, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Instructions
Cook the bacon: Cook Hempler’s Sugar Free Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, turning as needed. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.
Toast the bread: Lightly toast bread slices until golden and crisp.
Build the BLTs: Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of toast. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon. Finish with black pepper if desired.
Assemble & serve: Top with remaining bread slices, slice in half, and serve immediately.
