Ingredients
3 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
6 slices Hempler’s Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons ranch dressing, plus extra for dipping
1 tablespoon butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
Cook the Bacon: Fry Hempler’s Bacon until crisp, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble: Spread a thin layer of ranch over one side of the tortilla. Add cheese, chicken, and bacon, leaving the other half of the tortilla empty — this makes it easy to fold over like a lid. Finish with a little more cheese on top to help it melt together.
